Games - Indoor / Outdoor, Bounce House, Security, Registration, Food Service, Floaters, Prayer, Cleanup, Candy Giveaway, Fish Game

Pre-Event

10/21- 25 Evenings - Set Up 6-9

Saturday morning - 10/26 - 9 am - 1 pm

10/27 - Orientation for all Harvest Festival volunteers (for the day of)

10/28 - 5 pm - 9 pm 

10/29 - 5 - 9 pm

HARVEST FESTIVAL DAY

Morning

9 am-Noon - Set up Outside Games

Afternoon

4 - 4:30 pm - Volunteer Sign-ups and Refreshments

5:00 pm - Event (All Volunteers in position)
8:30 pm - Clean-Up (after the Harvest Event & "You are Special" Play)
